Our Story
In 1997, India Palace opened its doors in the UAE with a single vision: to bring the royal flavors of India’s Mughal heritage to a Middle Eastern audience. Inspired by the timeless traditions of the North-West Frontier and the grandeur of imperial courts, the brand began its journey as a fine dining tribute to India’s rich culinary legacy.
Over the decades, India Palace has grown into a beloved household name, with over 14 outlets across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, and Ras Al Khaimah. With every meal, we continue to recreate the regal dining experience, offering guests not just food but a taste of history, culture, and tradition.
The Royal Kitchen
Rooted in the rich traditions of India’s North-West Frontier, the cuisine at India Palace is a celebration of authenticity, technique, and timeless flavour. From succulent kebabs to fragrant biryanis, and hearty dals to aromatic curries, every dish is prepared using time-honored methods that originated in royal Mughal kitchens.
Our food is crafted in traditional clay ovens called tandoors. Each ingredient is carefully marinated and slow-cooked to perfection. This cooking style relies on the richness of the marinade rather than sauces, allowing the natural flavours to shine through. The result is a bold and refined taste in every bite.
